Refund Policy

No refunds will be given once OVA registrations have been submitted other than in the following two (2) exceptions:

1. If your child is asked to leave the Club for any reason other than a breach of the Athlete Code of Conduct. 
2. Your child sustains a season-ending injury during an OVA sanctioned activity

For exception (1) and (2), we will refund 100% of all remaining (refundable) fees from that date. Examples of non-refundable expenditures are: money already expended by the Club for items such as the athlete’s OVA registration fee; OVA tournament registrations; uniforms and other approved team expenses, etc.

1. Withdrawals with a full refund up to 2 weeks before the start of the program or event will be charged a $25 administration fee. Withdrawals after this date, but before the start of the program or event will be charged a $50 administration fee.
2. No refunds or credits will be issued after the start of the program. No exceptions, medical or otherwise.
3. If the club cancels a program before it begins, we will refund in full.
