Refund Policy

 Toronto Thunderbolts is a not-for-profit organization. Athletes are responsible for covering all expenses, and the club cannot operate at a loss. No refunds will be issued for personal reasons. 

1. Withdrawals with a full refund up to 2 weeks before the start of the program or event will be charged a $25 administration fee. Withdrawals after this date, but before the start of the program or event will be charged a $50 administration fee.
2. No refunds or credits will be issued after the start of the program. No exceptions, medical or otherwise.
3. If the club cancels a program before it begins, we will refund in full.
